Pricing FAQ

Is there any commission on my sales?

Absolutely not. We charge 0% commission on your sales. 100% of your revenue is yours. The only transaction fee is Flutterwave's standard processing fee which goes directly to Flutterwave, not us.

What is included in the platform subscription?

Your platform subscription includes all software features listed in your plan — ecommerce website, customer app, admin panel, delivery app, payment integrations, marketing tools, and more. Hosting is charged separately so you can choose the tier that fits your needs.

Why is hosting charged separately?

Separating hosting from the platform fee gives you flexibility. New stores can start with Basic hosting (KES 2,499/mo) and upgrade to Premium (KES 3,999/mo) as traffic grows. You only pay for the resources you need.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing gives you a 20% discount on the platform fee. Starter is KES 2,999/month (billed KES 35,988/year) instead of KES 3,999/month. Business is KES 5,999/month (billed KES 71,988/year) instead of KES 7,999/month. Note: hosting is always billed monthly — the annual discount applies only to the platform subscription.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Business later?

Yes! You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard. You'll only pay the difference in subscription cost. Your existing data, products, orders — everything stays safe. Upgrade is seamless with zero downtime.

Can I change my hosting tier?

Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Premium hosting anytime. If your store grows and needs more resources, just let us know and we'll migrate you seamlessly with zero downtime.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. There are no lock-in contracts. If you cancel, your store will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your data is kept safe for 30 days after that.

Do I need to buy a domain separately?

Yes, you'll need your own domain (e.g., yourbrand.com). You can buy one from GoDaddy, Namecheap, or any registrar. Domain connection and SSL setup is included with your hosting plan.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges. You pay your platform subscription + hosting — that's it. Third-party costs like Flutterwave transaction fees and SMS costs are separate and go directly to those providers.

Will I get the source code?

No, this is a fully managed SaaS platform. We handle hosting, updates, maintenance, and security. You get admin panel access to manage your store. This means you never have to worry about technical issues — we handle everything.
